Almighty FO® is the hottest new artist to come out of Gary, IN since Freddy Gibbs and Michael Jackson. Since releasing his first music in 2017, FO has shown a constant rise in streams and fans over the last couple of years. With the help and inspiration of producer ItsColbiOnTheBeat (another Gary, IN native), FO decided to take music seriously and the duo were able to create local hits such as Henny On Ice (2019), Nympho (2019), Groupie Shit (2019), and Rick Flair WOO (2020).
Growing up, FO’s musical inspiration derives from a combination of classic Old School jams such as Tribe Called Quest and 36 Mafia, mixed with Trap Music. FO stuck with this music influence as he went off to college in 2016 where he networked with artists, producers, and videographers that assisted him in the early days. Soon enough, FO was able to release his first EP titled FObe Bryant in 2018. While still attending Indiana University, FO was able to balance the workload of a full-time college student while also staying consistent with his art. In 2019, FO put out his first music video to his single Almighty Back, shot and edited by The Good Boy. In July of 2019, FO along with another Gary artist, Lil Semi, opened up for G Herbo and 147 Calboy in Joliet, Illinois performing one of his most popular singles, Innis Bih. By the next year, January 2020, FO had a sold out performance at Indiana University for what was claimed to be the biggest party campus of the year.
So far in 2021, FO has released four mixtapes: Romantic Trap Story 2, Romantic Trap Story 2: Deluxe Edition, FObe Bryant 3, and Ferrari FO. During the summer FO spent some time in Miami, FL where he opened up for NLE Choppa. For the rest of the year he expects to push his career even further. With his growing impact in Indiana, FO looks to put the state on the map.
